The challenge

Warehouse managers are continuously faced with the dilemma of whether to perform inventory audits (to attain more certainty in their operations) or to continue operation and face the consequences of stock inaccuracies. This dilemma is the result of an inability to continuously perform warehouse audits. Although they are aware of sources of errors, they seem not to be able mitigate these issues effectively. We believe that one of the major sources of warehouse mismanagement is inaccurate stock information. These issues are becoming crucial when considering increasing consumer demands, and new market entrants - in particular those that keep little to no stock.

The solution

We endeavor to create solutions that enable warehouses to be certain and confident about their inventory using technology. Our ambition is to deliver a system that: immediately makes human-errors surface; whilst not affecting production efficiency; does not require special training; and, does not require (IT) infrastructural changes.
