The challenge

The world and people are constantly changing, so are our eating habits. One of the upcoming foods are insects. While a lot of attempts have been made to introduce insects as a food source, not a lot of insect food is sold yet.

The solution

By introducing our Dutch Cricket "Bitterbal", we tend to take away the fear of people by letting them experience that insects can easily be implemented in our food routines. The Dutch Cricket "Bitterbal" will be a first step to introducing the Western world the new food.
